Working with the Development Committee for the Chicago Artists Coalition, Deirdre helped launch her idea for the first Paintathon fundraiser for the organization.  The inaugral event helped raised more than $10,000 and a great time was had by all.

Deirdre Fox's drawing on linen, "Mesas", was recognized in Illinois Artisans Program Print & Drawing Exhibition: "The quirky billowing forms seem to explode with energy, but the subtle grays of the graphite give the piece a calm quality."
